Step back in time for a week-long celebration of Gilbert’s western heritage and a salute to the community spirit that has thrived for more than a half a century. Contestants come from all over the country to participate in Jackpot Roping, Barrel Racing and the Budweiser IPRA Rodeo. In addition to Rodeo Park, Gilbert Days offers an old-town parade and carnival, complete with rides, games, prizes, and an abundance of mouth-watering concession stands.

Gated townhouse and condominium developments make ideal second homes. Part-time resident homeowners are drawn to communities with controlled access gates. With property exterior, landscaping, and common areas maintained by a Home Owner’s Association, residents don’t have the upkeep that a similarly priced single-family home requires.
